To protect our 238 employees from chemical risks, AST-PEM relies on the substitution of hazardous products, the implementation of automated and safe processes, and the training of all our employees as well as constant monitoring 🔍.
We use extremely toxic substances, so we have therefore deployed collective and individual protection measures at all stages. As far as possible, hazardous substances are substituted: before any use, the chemicals must first be validated by our R&D department, as well as in terms of safety and environment. Throughout the buildings, detectors allow for constant monitoring of atmospheric concentrations of toxic gases.
